REGISTRATION – Monday, July 15, 4:00-5:30 p.m. – To register for the annual meeting, complete the link at the bottom of the page.  Please complete all requested information for each event in which you plan to participate. Each person attending will receive a special convention T-shirt, so please register by MONDAY, JUNE 3 to guarantee you receive your desired shirt size.

APEA ANNUAL MEETING – Monday, July 15, 6:00 p.m. – Election of officers and directors.

CHILDREN’S PROGRAM – Monday, July 15, 6:00-10:00 p.m. – Dinner, supervised games, and crafts. It’s operated by the Sandestin Beach Hilton staff. Ages five to 12. $30 per child.

RECEPTION/SILENT AUCTION and DINNER/LIVE AUCTION – Monday, July 15, 6:30 p.m. This event will include a silent auction and a live auction. Full buffet dinner including steak and seafood will be served. Price of tickets for children 12 and under are $40. Tickets are $70 per adult.

BREAKFAST – Monday, Tuesday, OR Wednesday, July 15, 16 or 17, Sandcastle’s Restaurant – There is no charge for this breakfast, which is sponsored by the meeting sponsors and APEA. Tickets provided for breakfast in Sandcastles Restaurant (one ticket per registered person for morning of their choice).

GOLF TOURNAMENT – Tuesday, July 16, Shotgun Start – 8:30 a.m. – Handicap scramble, shotgun start. Tournament will be played on the Sandestin Baytowne course. $125 per person (teams of four).

ROOM RESERVATIONS – Room reservations should be made directly with the Sandestin Beach Hilton – (850) 267-9500 or (800) 367-1271 or www.hilton.com (code APE). All rooms contain either a king-size bed or two double beds and a sleeper sofa. Rooms in the Emerald Tower also have bunk beds. All rooms have a wet bar with a small refrigerator. Room block will be released Wednesday, June 15. Fourteen-day cancellation prior to arrival is required.

The Sandestin Beach Resort also has a variety of properties available: condos, townhouses, and hotels on the bay side of the resort property (lower rates). To inquire about reservations, call (850) 267-8000. It is not required that you stay on the Resort property to attend the APEA functions.

BABYSITTING – In addition to special programs for children, the Hilton’s activities coordinators assist guests in finding childcare services. All sitters are employed by an outside agency, which is licensed and bonded. For more information, please contact the Activities Desk at (850) 267-9500 Ext. 41.

CANCELLATION POLICY – If it becomes necessary for you to cancel or make changes to meal reservations, or golf, please notify the APEA office at (800) 254-2732 by Friday, July 5. Refunds cannot be made for cancellations after this date and “no shows” will be billed.
