Registration is now open for the Alabama Poultry and Egg Association’s Annual Meeting, happening July 13–15 at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Reconnect with industry leaders, hear from elected officials, and enjoy fun in the sun with your family and colleagues. This year’s event promises powerful networking, insightful updates on Alabama’s poultry industry, and plenty of time to unwind on the beautiful Gulf Coast.

Annual meeting registration along with summer board meeting registration are both open. We have moved everything for registration to Glue Up. If you’ve registered for other events in the last couple of years, you are probably familiar with the platform. The first link is for the annual meeting. The second link is for the “Welcome to the Beach” and Monday morning board meeting.
Annual Meeting Registration
In the top right corner, you will see a blue “registration” button. Whether you are registering for yourself or more than one person in your party, you will choose quantity – 1 on the first screen. You will need to choose your add-ons for the meeting (Monday Night Dinner Tickets/Children’s Tickets, Monday Night Kids Krew, and Tuesday’s Golf Registration. For these you will choose the quantity you need for each. You will be sent an invoice through Square.
Summer Board Meeting Registration
**Note – Only open to board members, advisors, Past Presidents, annual meeting sponsors, Hall of Fame members**
In the top right corner, you will see a blue “registration” button. Whether you are registering for yourself or more than one person in your party, you will choose quantity – 1 on the first screen. Select “register now,” and on the next page you will fill out your registration information for the “Welcome to the Beach,” Sunday Night Kids Krew and Monday morning board meeting. This part of the meeting does not have a separate registration fee.
Room Block Code: APE
Hilton reservations using the APEA room block need to be made by June 10. After that date, all remaining rooms in our block will be released for general sale. You may use the booking link below or use the group code APE.

Don’t miss one of the most exciting parts of the Annual Meeting — the Silent and Live Auction, held during the Annual Meeting at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort!
